ALB-625全自動(dòng)雙面貼標(biāo)機(jī)適用范圍：

此設(shè)備適用于扁型，方型及橢圓形容器前后雙面貼標(biāo)，以及圓瓶的兩面定點(diǎn)貼標(biāo)。

Application:

This machine is designed for twin side labeling on flat/ oval shape containers and positioning twin side labeling on round bottles.

ALB-625技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：

• 整機(jī)用#304不銹鋼制造。
• PLC 液晶觸摸屏控制操作。
• ±1mm高精確度貼標(biāo)。
• 伺服馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)貼標(biāo)頭，自動(dòng)與輸送帶和上壓甁皮帶同步，保證高速、高質(zhì)貼標(biāo)。
• 兩側(cè)海綿同步推壓裝置保證壓標(biāo)平滑不起皺。
• 設(shè)備配有分甁器。
• 適合圓瓶定位貼標(biāo)的旋轉(zhuǎn)貼標(biāo)工位。

• Machine main construction by Stainless Steel #304.
• PLC combined with touch screen control system.
• High accuracy labeling, ±1mm tolerance.
• Servo motor driven labeling head, labeling speed is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed and top press belt to ensure high speed and quality labeling.
• Push and Press sponge attachment is used to ensure smooth labeling without wrinkles or bubbles.
• Equipped with bottle separating wheel to keep distance between two bottles.
• Positioning Wrap station for partial wrap-around labeling on round containers.
